The delivery time depends on the delivery address. Below you will find the estimated delivery times per country, in alphabetical order:

Belgium: 1–2 business days
Bulgaria: 5–6 business days
Czech Republic: 2–3 business days
Denmark: 4 business days
Estonia: 5–7 business days
Finland: 7–8 business days
France: 3–7 business days
Germany: 1–4 business days
Greece: 4–9 business days

If you live in a remote area or on an island, delivery may take slightly longer.

Please note: The delivery times mentioned above are estimated shipping and delivery times. Any delays caused by public holidays, customs, carrier delays, or circumstances at the carrier itself are beyond our responsibility. Of course, we will do everything we can to have your order delivered as quickly and carefully as possible.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered by pallet to the ground floor.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the requested delivery destination. For this reason, the shipping costs are calculated in the final stage of placing the order.

Will DETJER items be delivered assembled or do I need to assemble them myself?

Some cabinets are delivered with the legs disassembled. These are easy to assemble using the manual provided. All other items are delivered pre-assembled.

Tracking & communication

As soon as your shipment has been registered with our carrier, you will automatically receive a clear email with a track & trace link. This allows you to follow your order step by step.
