What if an item or packing is delivered damaged?

In that case we recommend you to take picture of the damage marks and inform us immediately

Is it possible to make a reservation on an item?

No, that is not possible

In the unfortunate case an item is not in stock, will the item be available again?

On item level you can see the expected availability date


While calculating my shipping costs I cannot select my country of destination. Does this mean you do not deliver on that particular location?

For consumers we say that only the selected countries are available for delivery. In case you are a dealer please feel free to contact us.

I would like to return one or more items from my order, what should I do?

You have the option to return your order partially or in full. To prevent the items from damage during transport we ask you to use the pallet that you received at delivery and wrap in original packaging. In case we do not receive your return compliant to the above we might not accept the return.
