Order processing and delivery
Our online stock is directly linked to our actual inventory. This means that the availability shown on our website always reflects real-time stock levels.
We operate from three warehouse locations in the south of the Netherlands, including Valkenswaard and Maarheeze.
Once an order is placed, it is processed and packed immediately. Orders are typically dispatched the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Benelux: 1–2 business days
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- France: 2–5 business days
- Spain: 3–5 business days
- Italy: 3–5 business days
- Denmark: 3–5 business days
- Sweden: 3–5 business days
- Norway: 3–5 business days
- Finland: 3–5 business days
If you live in a more remote area or on an island, delivery may take slightly longer.

As soon as your shipment is booked with our carrier, you will receive a clear tracking email from our shipping partner, allowing you to follow your delivery step by step.
