2. Carefully package the product in its original packaging to ensure it returns to us undamaged. Place the product on a pallet for secure transportation (shipping costs are your responsibility).

Rattan

Rattan is a robust, flexible, and high-quality material with a unique and timeless appeal. Our rattan products are handcrafted, resulting in higher tension in the panel than when done mechanically. These quality attributes contribute to optimal seating comfort.

While it may occur, albeit not always, that tightly stretched rattan adapts to the user, it's essential to note that rattan panels are never identical to each other due to subtle variations in the weave and precise colors. These minimal differences are generally negligible and barely noticeable to the naked eye. It's a consideration to keep in mind when contemplating the purchase of a rattan product. These distinctions have no adverse impact on seating comfort; in fact, they enhance the product's character.

Wood

Wood is a natural material that reacts to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and dryness. Concerning our brown and black items, they are sprayed and lacquered. Over time, due to the natural behavior of wood, the natural color of the wood may become visible. It may appear as though the wood has cracked, but this is not the case. Areas where this may occur include, for example, at the 'V' of the legs or on the seat. We have special kits available to rectify this, and we are pleased to send them to you at no cost.

Cushions

We recommend using cushions on chairs and sofas as they extend the lifespan of the rattan and enhance seating comfort. Our cushions are made from 100% PES, and their covers are washable.

The warranty for normal use is one year. Our products are not intended for commercial use.
