All items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, pre-assembled and delivered on a pallet. Some of the closets will be delivered with legs disassembled, but with a manual for easy assembling.
Shipping costs are depending on the size of your order and the requested destination. For this reason the shipping costs will be calculated in the final phase of order placement.
You have the option of returning your order, or part of it, within 14 days. The costs for returning the product are at your expense provided that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. To prevent breakages or other damage, the product must also be returned on a pallet. You can use the pallet on which the order was delivered. If your return does not meet one of these conditions, it may not be accepted.
Rattan
Il rattan è un materiale robusto, flessibile e di alta qualità, con un aspetto unico e senza tempo. I nostri prodotti in rattan sono realizzati a mano, il che comporta una maggiore tensione nel pannello rispetto alla lavorazione meccanica. Queste caratteristiche qualitative contribuiscono a un comfort di seduta ottimale.
Può accadere, anche se non sempre, che il rattan teso si adatti leggermente all'utilizzatore. È importante sottolineare che i pannelli in rattan non sono mai identici tra loro a causa di piccole variazioni nell'intreccio e nelle tonalità di colore. Queste differenze minime sono generalmente trascurabili e difficilmente visibili a occhio nudo. È un aspetto da tenere presente quando si acquista un prodotto in rattan. Tali differenze non influiscono negativamente sul comfort di seduta; al contrario, contribuiscono al carattere unico del prodotto.
Legno
Il legno è un materiale naturale che reagisce a fattori ambientali come temperatura, umidità e secchezza. Per quanto riguarda i nostri articoli marroni e neri, essi vengono verniciati e laccati. Con il tempo, a causa del comportamento naturale del legno, il colore naturale del legno può diventare visibile. Potrebbe sembrare che il legno si sia crepato, ma non è così. Questo fenomeno può verificarsi, ad esempio, nella zona a "V" delle gambe o sulla seduta. Disponiamo di appositi kit per correggere questo effetto e saremo lieti di inviarli gratuitamente.
Cuscini
Consigliamo di utilizzare cuscini su sedie e divani, poiché contribuiscono a prolungare la durata del rattan e migliorano il comfort di seduta. I nostri cuscini sono realizzati in 100% PES e le fodere sono lavabili.
